POTAGE SAINT GERMAIN (ISUPU Y’AMASHAZA)

Ibirungo bikenewe:

  • Igitunguru 1
  • Tungurusumu 5-6
  • Amashaza 200gm
  • Umufa w’imboga 500ml
  • Umunyu,black pepper, n’isukari nke
  • Ibibabi ya coriander na mint
  • Fresh cream 3tbsp
  • Butter 1tbsp
  1. Kata ibitunguru na tungurusumu mo uduce duto
  2. Ku ipanu cg isafuriya shyiramo olive oil, ukarange igitunguru na tungurusumu, ushyiremo amashaza ushyiremo n’umufa; wongeremo akunyu, black pepper, n’isukari nke, unyanyagirizemo twa coriander na mint ubireke bibire kugeza amashaza ahiye neza.
  3. Muri blender sya ya mashaza, amaze kunoga uyacishe mu kayungirizo kanini kuburyo anoga neza.
  4. Shyira ya puree y’amashaza kuri ya panu wongeremo umufa muke ise nkirekuraho, wongeremo butter nke na fresh cream ubivange neza. Warure ugabure bigishyushye.
